Everyone we represent - client or candidate - depends on us to take the most professional approach on their behalf. We won’t just engage candidates for interviews hoping something works. We take the time to know both candidates and clients thoroughly. We investigate the personalities of people involved and the corporate culture. Then we build relationships that have lasting value.

We are committed to thorough screening as all candidates must qualify through a detailed multiple step interview process. Reference checks and testing are performed when applicable. Your interviews will be established for you with qualified candidates that meet your criteria. You will not have to waste your time reviewing resumes.

We are not your typical direct hire placement firm. Executive Search Group really gets to the core of the matter - what clients need and what candidates desire. We then bring both parties together in a cohesive manner that benefits all those involved.

Evaluating Our Candidates

Through our interviewing and screening process, we determine the skill sets, personality profiles and wish list criteria of all our candidates. We always adhere to this process because we don't want to waste time.

We perform a thorough skill set analysis while evaluating sales aptitude and performance levels in the past.  Candidates will need to complete an on-line application and references will be checked upon request. We secure details on, but not limited to, the following:
