How does your fee structure work?
ESG will put together a fee structure that works for the client's budget while compensating us fairly.  The fee structure is based on multiple factors including; number of positions to be filled, level of position, experience required, scope of work and the hiring process.  Programs can be established on contingency, retained or exclusive terms.

How quickly can you get me qualified candidates?
Typically we can present candidates to you within 24-48 hours. However, keep in mind, we are not a "resume clearinghouse"  like many agencies.  We will take the time to ensure that the candidates are the right individuals for your position. Thoroughly evaluate their qualifications and then effectively present your opportunity to them.  This screening process, along with an on-line candidate application via our website sometimes delays the time it takes to get the best people in front of you.  However, at the end of the day, it is this process that separates ESG and gets you the best candidates.

How do I know you guys are any good and the right agency to help my organization?
We can completely appreciate that question.
